At Tri Swim Coach, our philosophy is if you want to compete (and compete well) in Triathlons, then you have to make the swim your friend… and not your foe.
These 12-week swim training plans are designed to not just get results, but to allow you to enjoy the swim, and work on the specific aspects of swimming that triathletes often miss.
We start out technique-focus, then shift to endurance, base, speed, and finally taper. We keep hill repeats to a minimum. 😉
