swim If you’ve ever thought to yourself, “that’s just the way I am”, then you are holding yourself back! Stop that negative thinking right now. 🙂

Far worse swimmers than you have been able to master the triathlon swim and “laugh at the water”!
Start expanding what you think your limits are in the pool or open water. Then practice, and celebrate even small improvements and accomplishments!

Go ahead. Right now. Write down 1 thing you will work on this week in your swim. Then just do that. 1 thing. Anyone can do that!

Work on improving one drill, decreasing your stroke count, or averaging one second faster on your next set of 100′s.
Make the most of your swim session, and you will start looking forward to the next one!
