An Olympic silver medalist swimmer gives triathletes some advice

Cullen Jones won the silver medal in the 50 meter freestyle in the 2012 Olympics. Here, he discusses what triathletes should do in the swim. He mentions being “hydrodynamic”, which is another way of saying to decrease drag in the water. He also says you can learn from watching Olympic swimmers of any distance and learn from them. While I agree to an extent, there isn’t typically a lot in common with a 50 meter freestyle swimmer and a 5k distance swimmer or triathlete in terms of their stroke!
