Dear Motivated Triathlete, I hate to say it but it's true: The swim may be the shortest part of any triathlon but it is definitely the hardest one to master. It's the one part of the triathlon that the mere thought of it stops most aspiring triathletes dead in their tracks. It's real easy to see why. Hit the water right… you come out of the water in front of the rest of the pack because you just left them in your wake. Hit the water wrong… well, you may just find yourself slowly dragging yourself out of the water at the end of the leg… wondering how you're going to make through the rest of the race. Hands down, the swim is the “make or break” part of every triathlon race. And if you master the swim, then you can rapidly slash your triathlon times — maybe even find yourself in the winners circle. Hi, Kevin Koskella here. Since 2001, I have been helping triathletes world-wide overcome the challenges they are faced with and master the swim. I've had the pleasure of working with some people in person. Thanks to the power of the internet, I've been able to help thousands of other triathletes — no matter where they live in the world. Sometimes the help is as simple as answering their question sent to me by email. Other times it's through one of my training products. I feel like I've been blessed to be able to help so many other triathletes… The thing is, I can only help the ones who look to me for help. You see, not every triathlete knows where to look for help. It's a common problem and one that can become quickly confusing. For example, if a triathlete is trying to find training help, do they look at things like…
Do they look at all of these? Or none of them at all? It's a massive information overload that can take someone months and months to make a small dent in. Worse, there's no guarantee that the training materials they are studying are fundamentally sound. In fact, using the wrong training techniques or the wrong exercise form could even cause training injuries.
It's enough to make many people get completely frustrated and give up. Please don't do that! The fact of the matter is, you shouldn't have to take a year or more to learn how to master the swim. You shouldn't have to dig through piles of information to find the golden nuggets that will make a significant difference in your training. You should be able to take the right training methods and slowly master them. As you do, you'll see your swim times start dropping. Even better, you'll come out of the water with more energy and less fatigue than you've experience up till now. That should be the goal of every triathlete: To conquer the swim — not be beaten down by it. Well, I thought I come up with a number of great products that did exactly that. Even so, I decided to do a completely confidential survey where other triathletes could tell me their own most candid needs and wants. As I clicked the 'send' button, I remember thinking to myself, “There'll only be a few people who take the time to do this survey”. You can imagine my shock and surprise when the survey results started pouring in by the dozens... Here's What Hundreds of

I read and listened to every survey participants' needs and wants.
I did some additional research and called in a few owed favors.
That's when I decided to create a brand new program to meet and exceed everyone's expectations.
At first, I didn't think creating a new elite training program was a good idea. Some of my business friends loved the idea and thought it could be a big money maker.
The thing is… I don't offer all of my info-products and in-person private coaching sessions for the money.
Now don't get me wrong… I'm like any other self-employed person. I do like enjoying the fruits of my labors.
|
|
But making money is not the most biggest reason why I ever started training other triathletes. Not even close.
I do it because I absolutely love helping other triathletes become successful.
When someone emails me and tells me how my training advice has made a big difference… even helped them smash their old personal records and reach brand-new heights… well, it makes me feel like all of the years of sweat and hard effort I've put in to refine my training techniques is time that was very well spent.
The truth is, starting a new training program is a major time commitment for me and I already have a jam-packed schedule. Between business demands, private coaching clients, my own training, and responsibilities to my friends and family, there's precious little spare time left.
So I put the idea on the back burner for a few weeks. I thought it over some more and eventually I decided to try to make the idea a reality.
I shifted some things around in my schedule so I could dedicate more time to the Tri Swim Secrets.
I started creating a brand-new training program including some never-revealed before training materials.
Then I started creating additional training materials based on the most common questions, comments, and complaints I've gotten from triathletes around the world.
For example, in some of these videos, I focused on the mostly frequently made mistakes made by new and struggling triathletes in the water.
I don't just show you the most common mistakes… I show you step-by-step how to correct them too.
Why is this important?
Well, most training programs for triathletes don't go into this type of depth with their swim training.
To date, no other triathlon swim program addresses the most common mistakes. It's almost like they are afraid that they will be mistakenly teaching bad habits instead of good ones. I know because I used to think that way too.
But then I realized that some people really need to see what they are doing wrong — that way they know what exactly they need to correct.
It's the type of specific training often done during one-on-one private coaching— but is rarely found elsewhere.
Think about it…
This is what Tri Swim Secrets can do for you. But if you want to discover more of what is inside, then…

Secret Training Weapon #10Hot! “Break Your Bad Habits” |
|
I take the most commonly made swim technique mistakes and break them down on video. You'll be able to watch detailed videos with both underwater and above water shots… along with explanations on how to execute each technique correctly, including the corresponding drill or drills to help you get there. It's a powerful way to help you visually grasp and perform each technique perfectly… and it's exclusive to Tri Swim Secrets! |
Well, let's get something straight: By signing up for Tri Swim Secrets, it's not really a cost — it's an extremely wise investment in your health and well-being.
It's also making better use of your time.
Ask yourself: How much is my time worth?
How many books, courses, videos, magazines would you have to study to learn what I can teach you inside the Tri Swim Secrets? (Hint: It's a lot… and you still wouldn't find any of my proprietary training techniques in any other else's paid materials)
I'm not going to tell you that it would cost you thousands of $'s to hire me as your personal coach, that it would cost you a lot more to get this information from me one on one, especially for 8 months.
I'm not going to tell you that it would cost you hundreds of $'s just for each of the bonus trainings alone.
How many times each month would you need private coaching? My honest answer is at least twice per week when you're starting out and then twice per month once you've mastered the core fundamentals.
The other thing is… if they are a swim coach of my caliber then chances are, they're already privately coaching a bunch of people. It could be weeks — maybe even months until they could take you on as a student.
And you'd have to train when they can fit you into their schedule — not when you want to train.
But private coaching isn't the only thing you'd miss out on…

What would it cost you to get access to resources like this anywhere else?
Look I could tell you it's $97 per month to get access to all of this and everything else found inside Tri Swim Secrets… and that would be an absolute bargain.
But I'm not interested in emptying anyone's wallet out. So I'm not going to charge the general public $97 per month. Not even $70 per month. And as fellow triathlete, I'm going to give you the opportunity to lock in the insanely-low rate of $97 $47.00 per month.
But I don't want you to feel uneasy or unsure about “Tri Swim Secrets” so I'm going to make it completely risk-free.

Let's recap:
And you get it all for a measly $47.00 per month.
Look, this is no time to go at it alone.
It's easy to think the swim is the easiest part of any triathlon just because it's the shortest. But please don't make this mistake like so many other triathletes do.
If you are using the wrong techniques in the water, you can quickly find yourself getting out of the water feeling wiped out. You'll be left wondering how you're going to get through the rest of the race.
Worse, using the wrong technique will put you at higher risk of injury.
Then there's the constant isolation of training. It's you and you alone going through your workouts — a feeling that can sometimes be a bit lonely. Most of your friends and family… well, they don't understand why you train like you do for a sport that rarely gets any public fanfare.
But I know exactly you feel because I'm a triathlete like you.
So does every other member of the “Tri Swim Secrets”.
That's why so many people are joining this members-only program. It's a great place to learn and “talk shop” with other like-minded triathletes.
So why struggle at mastering the swim on your own?
Why struggle with trying to figure out to the very best training methods might be when the “Tri Swim Secrets” coaches have already done it for you.
I want to see you succeed.
I want to see you take your existing P.R.s… and shatter them.
More importantly, I want to help you have fun every step of the way.
You see, in today's hustle and bustle world, it's easy to lose some of the fun that life can deliver. I don't know about you but one of the reasons I train as hard as I do is because I really enjoy and it adds more fun to my life.
Doesn't it make sense to get access to the proven training programs… the professional coaches who can answer your exact questions… the athletic network of like-minded triathletes… simply by joining the “Tri Swim Secrets”?
I wish I could make the decision for you but I can't.
But if you're like me, then you'll want to join so you can start enjoying the fruits of victory that much sooner.

Question: Is there a specific plan with the right drills, workouts, and exact swimming yardage I will need for my planned race?
Answer: Yes, we have a specific plan laid out for many different types of training schedules and levels of experience.
Question: Will I have access to a coach to answer questions and explain certain drills?
Answer: Yes, members will have access to me through the members-only discussion forum and private email. There will also be a monthly chat session for members.
Question: Will I be able to have my stroke critiqued by Kevin or another coach with Tri Swim Coach?
Answer: Yes, it's part of the membership plan. You can get a swim stroke analysis by Kevin. We will have a section in the membership area where members can upload their videos. The more you can show of your stroke, the better analysis you will get.
Question: Does the membership include any of your other products?
Answer: Not at this time. However, we are offering a 50% discount on our featured prodcuts to Tri Swim Secrets members
Question: What stroke techniques do you teach? Which one do you cover first?
Answer: Great question! Hands down, freestyle swim technique is the most frequently used one in triathlons. That's the first one we will start on mastering.
While cross training on the different strokes is a good idea, I don't recommend doing it until you've got freestyle licked.
That's why I do not cover stroke technique info on the other three strokes — backstroke, butterfly, and breastroke until later in the program.
The good news I will cover all of these techniques in “plain English” and as easy to put into action as is possible.
Question: I have a race in 3 months. Will the program get me ready for this race?
Answer: Maybe.
Month 1 is spent entirely on the drills that will transform your freestyle.
Month 2 is where we start full stroke swimming & increasing the distance of the workouts.
By Month 3 you will be training and training at peak efficiency.
Yes, it is entirely possible to be adequately prepared in 3 months but I don't recommend rushing things when giving yourself more time to fully use the training system to gain the most benefits.
That's why I recommend starting this type of training 4-8 months out (depending on your current comfort or skill level in the water) so you are optimally prepared for a successful race.
Question: Is this a monthly program? How long do I have to stay a member?
Answer: It is a monthly program but you can cancel at any time. Having said that, I do recommend that you stay a member for the full 8 month training. That way you can maximize the training methods I share… use all of the members-only resources (like the free swim technique video assessment)… and get the best possible improvements in your own swim times.
Disclaimer: As with any exercise or athletic activity there is always a risk of injury. While we can not guarantee how much of a time improvement you may see in your race times, we can say that our members who follow our step-by-step system exactly as it is presented do see a reduction in their race times. Before starting any exercise program, including ours, please see your doctor to make sure you are good enough physical condition do so.
