Q: When should I expect to receive your books?
A: If you ordered The Complete Guide to Triathlon Swimming, ebook version, books are in downloadable form- nothing will be shipped. There are no hardcopy versions with an ebook order. Click here to login to view your books/videos. Once you are logged in, just click on the links to download to your computer instantly.
If you ordered the hardcopy package, delivery time is approximately 7-10 business days. You can log in to view your ebook and videos here.
Q: I have purchased the ebook package, and now see the download links for the ebooks. Why am I unable to download the ebooks?
A: Make sure you have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer. If you do not, you can download this application for free at www.adobe.com.
Q: I lost the page to view the video clips. How do I get it back?
A: If you ordered the The Complete Guide , click here and log in with your user name/password. Make sure to bookmark this page for future access.

Q: I downloaded the ebooks but they look blank! What do I do?
A: For slower internet connections, it may take a long time for these documents to download- up to 20 minutes in some cases. Make sure to close other applications when you download, and give it time- the text will eventually appear.
